Please read the following carefully. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, kindly create a ticket in the support section to submit your request.

 Refund Request Conditions

Refund requests must be clear, justified, and follow these conditions:

  1. Trial Account First
    Before purchasing a plan, we highly recommend requesting a trial account. If you’re not satisfied with the service during the trial, please do not proceed with a long-term subscription.

  2. Internet Speed Responsibility
    If your internet connection is too slow to stream properly, this is not a valid reason for a refund. Kemo IPTV cannot be held responsible for local internet issues.

  3. Device Compatibility & Setup
    Our Kemo IPTV support team is available 24/7 to assist you. If you’re unable to set up the service on your device, it does not qualify for a refund. Please follow our tutorials and setup guides carefully.

  4. Payment Errors
    If you mistakenly purchased the wrong plan (e.g., paid for a 1-year plan instead of 3 months), you can open a ticket titled “Payment Error”. Our support team will review and process your refund if the request is valid.

  5. Expired Accounts
    If your subscription is due to expire within 7 days, your refund request will not be accepted.
